For online ordering follow the process below:

Finding Products Online

Use the menu on the left to select the product category or type the name of the product into the search bar at the top right of the page.

Select your product by clicking on the picture.

Once you have selected your product enter the quantity required then click add to basket.

Navigate to the next product to repeat the procedure, hovering your mouse arrow over the basket at the top right will show you the contents of your basket and their total cost, the total is inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping.

To see the shipping charge you need to go to the checkout, select your country, or enter your postcode if in the UK the price will be shown at the bottom right of the page.

You can go to the checkout at any time and then return to shopping at any time but you should not enter any discount codes until you are ready to purchase.
 
Checkout Process

Once you have finished shopping click the shopping basket to go to the checkout, at the checkout you will enter the delivery address, the billing address is entered later, the checkout will calculate the shipping cost.

Check to ensure that you have selected the correct product in the correct size, type and number, if the quantity is incorrect change the number then click update, the price will rise or fall accordingly.

If you 've exceeded £60 you  should enter freedel595 in the Free Delivery Code field - do not enter it if you intend to continue shopping.

If you have purchased from us previously you should be registered, enter your email address and password and click login, If you were registered on our old site then you might need a new password.

The next stage is to enter your delivery address start with your surname then your first name or title then initial.
Select your country.
Enter your postcode then click find address, your address should be listed, please click on the correct one it will then fill out the form.

If the postcode finder does not find your address please enter it manually, please do so carefully to avoid losing your order.

Your telephone number is next, we will not pass your phone number to anyone and will not make sales calls, your number is required to help us resolve any problems quickly.

Enter your email to receive updates on your order, we will send one email confirming your order, one email confirming your registration, sage pay or paypal will send you emails confirming the transaction, we will send you another email when your order is passed to the despatch dept, once your order is shipped you will receive an email from the courier with tracking details if sent by courier.

Please enter a password to register, we simply store your address so that you don't have to enter it again.

If you have instructions regarding the delivery please enter them into the delivery notes, we can't guarantee that the instruction will be followed by the courier as it is at their discretion, please do not enter a different delivery address.

Where did you hear about us? This helps us to know if our marketing is working, please tell us where you heard about our products. If you wish to convey any other message this is a good box to use, if you are sending this to someone as a present you should enter your message here.

Once you have finished you will see the total displayed including VAT and shipping, all of our prices include VAT.

Select your payment method, If Sage pay does not work for you please use Paypal.

When you click proceed to payment you will be transferred to the selected payment company to complete your transaction. You will need to provide them with the address for the card if it is different to the delivery address.

Complete your transaction.

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, if you need your order sooner please phone us we will try our best to advance your order.

You will receive emails from the courier to track the parcel, if you have any problems with your delivery please contact us, sometimes it can help to contact the couriers directly yourself if you have the tracking details.
